Processing Time

• The time needed to fill an order varies from 7-45 business days. 

Shipping

• Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address. We are not responsible for packages getting lost due to the wrong address being given to us. So please ensure your address is correct in the address line.

Tracking Information

• Tracking numbers are sent to the email on file (inputted when you placed your order) when your order is processed and ready for shipping. Please check spam folder if you feel you did not receive a tracking email.

Customs and Import Taxes

• Buyers are responsible for any and all tax and duty fees that may arise. This includes VAT taxes.
• We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
